Recenty refurbished this property features 4 bedrooms, the master bedroom with a king size bed on the first floor together one twin bedroom both with stunning sea views and en-suite bathrooms each with a shower over the bath.
Bedrooms 3 and 4 are twin bedded rooms located on the ground floor. There is also a ground floor shower room with w/c and wash hand basin.
The separate lounge room offers spectacular direct sea views with doors opening onto the rear private terrace area. The open plan kitchen/diner has direct sea views and doors opening onto the rear terrace. The kitchen is well equipped and offers dishwasher, oven/hob/extractor, fridge/freezer. There is a family room on the first floor,with doors opening onto the full size balcony with table and chairs allowing you to sit and take in the stunning views.
A separate utility room to the side of the house offers washing machine, tumble dryer and storage for bikes, outside furniture and seaside equipment.
There is off road parking for 2-3 cars

Bedding, linen and towels are provided (one hand towel per guest and one bath sheet per guest) Free Wi-Fi. Welcome pack.
There is a small kettle style bbq available (no coals provided) which we would ask our guests to clean after use.
We would require a £200 non refundable deposit to secure a booking and the outstanding balance would be invoiced 8 weeks prior to the holiday. Any bookings made within 8 weeks of the holiday would require full payment at the time of booking. We would ask our guests to complete, sign and return a reservation form and and we always acknowledge payments received with a booking confirmation/receipt.
Please note that we require a security/damage deposit of £300 which can be taken from a credit card 2 days prior to arrival. This is not a transaction but a certain amount frozen on the card in case of damages or extra cleaning charges. Once the property is checked by our housekeepers the monies are released for your use within 5 days.
