This beautifully located modern town house is offered over 3 floors and has direct beach access to Sandbanks beach and direct sea views from all of the rooms at the rear of the house. The private path (accessed by other residents) leads directly to the promenade and to the beautiful sandy beach.
There is a large terrace from the open plan lounge/kitchen/diner with an electric canopy over and a balcony from each of the sea facing top floor bedrooms.
The ground floor features spacious hallway leading to modern kitchen with fridge/freezer, dishwasher, microwave, oven/hob/extractor fan. The open plan lounge/diner is spacious and doors open onto the private terrace area with direct sea views. A separate w/c is on this level together with a TV room with rear aspect and access to another balcony with sea views.
The lower ground offers two bedrooms ( one with king size bed and one twin bedroom) large walk in wet room with w/c, utility room with two washing machines and large games room with selection of toys and a pool table. Access to the side of the house and to steps leading to the path to the beach.
The top floor features 4 bedrooms, master with en-suite shower room, access to balcony, bedroom 2 with en-suite shower room, access to balcony, both sea facing, a double bedroom and a twin bedroom with front aspect. There is also a family bathroom on this floor with a bath, separate shower and w/c.

There is off road parking for approximately 4 vehicles.
We offer a minimum 3 night stay rate at £900 per night during certain periods, please enquire. A minimum 7 night stay rate applies during peak seasons.

A charcoal bbq is available (no coals provided) which we would ask our guests to clean after use
We would require a £500 non refundable deposit to secure a booking and the outstanding balance would be invoiced 8 weeks prior to the holiday. Any bookings made within 8 weeks of the holiday would require full payment at the time of booking. We would ask our guests to complete, sign and return a reservation form and and we always acknowledge payments received with a booking confirmation/receipt.
Please note that we will require a security/damage deposit of £500 which can be taken from a credit card 7 days before your arrival; Please note that this is not a transaction but a certain amount frozen on the card in-case of any damages. Once the property is checked by our housekeepers the monies are released for your use within 5 days after your departure. Other payment alternatives are available, please enquire.
