This spacious holiday home is full of character and has a very comfortable feel to it and it has been very
successful and a favourite choice of many guests in previous years.
Featuring a hallway,spacious lounge/diner with doors opening onto a terrace/patio area with
fabulous direct harbour views. There is a
separate kitchen with a door opening onto the terrace area. The kitchen features an oven, microwave, dishwasher, fridge/freezer and there is a washing machine in a separate storage/utility room to the side of the house. The master bedroom on the first floor has a kingsize bed, en-suite bathroom with shower over the bath and there is access to the balcony from this room. There are two further bedrooms on the first
floor each with twin beds and access to the balcony. The 4th bedroom is a twin bedded room on the ground
floor with direct harbour views. A family bathroom with bath with shower over is situated on the first
floor with a separate w/c and a separate w/c is also offered on the ground
just mention that there are steps leading down to the property from the
driveway which are unavoidable and which are steep and uneven and care needs to
also steps and uneven surfaces leading down to the jetty area.
Off road parking is offered for approximately 3-4 cars.
We would require a £200 non refundable deposit to secure a booking and the outstanding balance would be invoiced 8 weeks prior to the holiday. Any bookings made within 8 weeks of the holiday would require full payment at the time of booking. We would ask our guests to complete, sign and return a reservation form and and we always acknowledge payments received with a booking confirmation/receipt.
Bed linen and towels are provided (one hand and one bath towel for each guest)
Dogs are permitted with a supplement.
This property is Owner Managed and guests will be given full contact details prior to their stay.
We do advise that small children are supervised at this property due to it being so close to the waters edge. Also, the uneven surfaces and steps should be taken into consideration.
Ground floor: Hallway, storage room, lounge/diner, kitchen, 4th bedroom (twin room), w/c.
First Floor: Master bedroom (king size bed) with en-suite bathroom with shower over the bath, 2 twin bedrooms, family bathroom with shower over the bath
Outside: Utility room with washing machine and freezer. Storage for outside furniture.
