This spacious property is full of charm and character and is located in the prestigious area of Canford Cliffs, Poole, Dorset.
Featuring a spacious hallway leading to the lounge/diner with a front aspect, feature fireplace, large screen TV, dining table and chairs, modern sofa and occasional tables. There is a second lounge which is spacious and charming with panelled walls, feature fireplace, two sofas, one of which is a double sofa bed, book cases and a TV. This then leads to the conservatory with table and chairs and door onto the rear enclosed garden and to the garage. The modern kitchen offers dishwasher, microwave, oven/hob/extractor and fridge freezer and has a door opening onto the rear enclosed garden. There is also a ground floor cloakroom.
Upstairs to a landing area with doors opening onto 4 double bedrooms, the master with the rear aspect and an en-suite shower room. Bedrooms 2 and 3 have twin beds and bedroom 4 has a double bed with a front aspect. There are wash hand basins in each room and bed linen and towels are provided. The family bathroom has an original cast iron bath, w/c, wash hand basin and separate shower cubicle, also a feature stained glass window.
There is off road parking for 2/3 vehicles at the front of the property and there is an enclosed private rear garden with outside furniture provided.
Please note that there is a small charcoal bbq (no coals provided) which we would ask our guests to clean after use.
Bed linen and towels are provided (one hand and one bath towel per guest) Free Wi-Fi. Welcome pack. Use of beach trolley.
We would require a £200 non refundable deposit to secure a booking and the outstanding balance would be invoiced 8 weeks prior to the holiday. Any bookings made within 8 weeks of the holiday would require full payment at the time of booking. We would ask our guests to complete, sign and return a reservation form and and we always acknowledge payments received with a booking confirmation/receipt.
This property is managed by a Property Management Company who offer a meet and greet service and guests will be given full contact details prior to their stay
Dogs are considered with a surcharge of £30 per dog per week (please note that dogs are not permitted on the furniture or beds)
Minimum 7 night stays only from a Friday
Please note that the prices are based on 8 guests staying at the house, there will be an additional £40 surcharge for each persons staying up to a maximum of 10 guests.

We require a security/damage deposit of £250 which can be taken from a credit card 7 days before your arrival. Please note that this is not a transaction but a certain amount frozen on the card in case of any damages or extra cleaning. Once the property is checked by our housekeepers the monies are released for your use within 5 days of your departure.
