Featuring an entrance hallway with doors off to the separate breakfast kitchen which is fully equipped and has a front aspect. There is a separate lounge room with front aspect, separate dining room with doors leading onto the enclosed rear and side garden areas. The ground floor also offers one bedroom with a king size bed and a small sitting room with a sofa bed. A family bathroom with bath with shower over and a separate w/c is also offered on this floor.
The first floor features a master bedroom with a king size bed with en-suite shower room, bedroom 2 with a king size bed also an en-suite bathroom (no shower facility)and there is a twin bedded room (2'6" beds) is on this floor also.
Off road parking is available for two vehicles at the front of the house and the side and rear garden area is enclosed and outside furniture is provided.
Well behaved pets are considered with a £30 pet supplement.
A fantastic location with just a short walk to the sandy beaches, Bournemouth town centre, theatres, cinema and much more. Unfortunately, we are not able to offer this property to single sex groups
Please enquire for short breaks of a minimum of 3 nights (from £250 per night) which can be offered at certain periods.
We would require a £200 non refundable deposit to secure a booking and the outstanding balance would be invoiced 8 weeks prior to the holiday. Any bookings made within 8 weeks of the holiday would require full payment at the time of booking. We would ask our guests to complete, sign and return a reservation form and and we always acknowledge payments received with a booking confirmation/receipt.
Please note that we will require a security/damage deposit of £300 which can be taken from a credit card 7 days before your arrival; Please note that this is not a transaction but a certain amount frozen on the card in-case of any damages. Once the property is checked by our housekeepers the monies are released for your use within 5 days after your departure. Other payment alternatives are available, please enquire.
